LOL...this is in response to Lisa's comment...

"You got the braces off already?

-L."

Yes I got my braces off...but if you can believe it, I had them on for 2 years and 2 months. Time does fly that fast. The reason I didnt post that I had them off was because I wanted to post pictures...but at the moment my camera is packed away and I can not do so. I got my braces off July.5th...I think.

And it is such a nice feeling having them off...my teeth are so smooth...and ofcourse straight...and brushing and flossing is so quick and easy now.

Im not done yet though. I get them whitened on August 15th and one of my teeth is chipped pretty bad so I will get that filled in too...so maybe I will make you all wait until then for the pics...but they do look great.

And I feel sooo much better today then yesterday. I was out and about too which helps. And now I have my normal appetite back and I am going to eat dinner.

Cheers!

i am sooooooooo sick. well not so bad since i just stayed in bed for 36 hours. sleep definatelty helps when it comes to the body healing.

i am worried that i am getting pnemonia again...but time will tell. i have had a fever for 2 days now...oma says a fever is good because with out it you can lend up being sicker than usual...i dunno. all i know is that my entire body is sore and i couldnt wear my retainer for 2 days because my teeth and face hurt so much. yeah i am severely congested. the only thing i am grateful for right now is that i do not have a sore throat. that is one thing i can not deal with. if i had that i would have gone to emerg.

i am coughing up green stuff...yuck. atleast i am clearing it away already. and i have been eating lots of soup and i got some orange juice today too.

DUMB LIKE BRITNEY.

So I was heading into a Shopper's Drugmart today in a strip plaza that also has a McDonald's, Tim Hortons, Blockbuster, and FORTINOS. As I was walking in I noticed a man come out with his 8-ish month old son. He passed the child to his wife that was sitting in the passenger's seat and she put the child on her lap. I looked at them while shaking my head.

The man then got in and put on his seat belt and started to drive away. The lady with the child on her lap rolled down her window and I told her she needed to put her child in its car seat to which she replied "I know." But she didn't and then I told her it was illegal. They then drove off and I told them that I would call the cops...and I did...and I gave them an accurate description and license plate of the vehicle.

The only thing that sucks is I didn't get to see them pulled over...and I am still extremely pissed and upset that people still do this because they are just too lazy. You cant predict when an accident is going to happen people! So what if you are only going around a corner...which in this case they were not...they pulled out into a very busy intersection that has accidents all the time. Also, I think it extremely ironic that people would take precautions to buckle themselves in and then seat their child on their lap. &^%*-ing ridiculous.

I have had these for awhile but never posted about them. They are my new running shoes. The ones I had before were Nike but shamefully I had been wearing them for over 5 years. No wonder I was getting killer shin splints afterwards from running. Well I have had these shoes for several months now...I bought them when there was snow still on the ground and I have only worn them once until today...I love them.

I am also lucky because I have narrow feet and I get to buy my running shoes from the kids section, so I end up only spending half of what it would cost to buy these in the adult style. I only paid about $70.00 for these...lucky I know. They make my little chicken legs look sexy and athletic too. I think I will wear them all day tomorrow...I always feel fit when I wear runners. LOL.

When players in World Cup games are arguing with the referees and players from the other team, what language are they speaking and can they actually understand one another?

Im so excited. The AGH is having an exhibit on Vincent van Gogh (March 30, 1853–July 29, 1890). He is my favourite Post-Impressionist artist.

Every first Friday of the month admission is free at the Hamilton Art Gallery and otherwise it is by donation. I think I am going to go this Friday even though it is not the first Friday of the month. Here are some of my favourite works by the dutch artist.
